Privacy Policy

In short: my apps do not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

3. Data collected by the apps

The apps do not collect any personal data. In particular, the apps:

• do not require or offer user accounts,
• do not contain analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs,
• do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies,
• do not transmit any content you create or any usage information to me or to third parties.

Any data you enter in an app is stored only locally on your device. If you have enabled iCloud backups, Apple may include this data in your device backup; that processing is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device.

In line with this, the App Store privacy label of each app states “Data Not Collected”.

4. Apple App Store

The apps are distributed through Apple’s App Store. When you download an app or make a purchase, Apple processes data such as your Apple Account and payment information as an independent controller. I have no access to this data. Apple provides me with aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, download numbers) and – only if you have agreed to share it with developers in your device settings – anonymous crash reports. These do not allow me to identify you. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for details.

This website is a static site. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, and loads no content (such as fonts or scripts) from third-party servers.

When you visit the site, your browser necessarily transmits technical data (such as your IP address, the requested page, and your browser’s user agent) to the web server so the page can be delivered. This data is processed only for that purpose and is not written to access logs. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in delivering the website securely and reliably.

6. Contacting me

If you contact me by email, I process your email address, the content of your message and any other information you provide in order to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to the use of an app, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I delete these emails once your request has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15),
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16),
• have your data erased (Art. 17),
• restrict processing (Art. 18),
• data portability (Art. 20),
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for me is the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein (ULD), Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel, Germany – www.datenschutzzentrum.de.

8. Children

Since the apps do not collect any personal data, they also do not collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy, for example when an app gains new features. The current version is always available on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
